Arena invites you to an exclusive behind the scenes hospitality experience at Twickenham Stadium

The next Arena event, Behind the Scenes at Twickenham, will take us to the home of English Rugby for an exclusive tour of the stadium including the new, state-of-the-art East Stand and its catering facilities. It will also give an insight into delivering world-class hospitality at the famous stadium from Chris Garside, the Managing Director of Compass Group UK & Ireland, and Jonathan Davies, the Managing Director of Levy UK,

An action-packed event

Attendees can look forward to an action-packed programme designed to educate, engage and inspire and showcase the impressive venue. The day includes:

  • Exclusive venue tour, including hospitality areas, catering facilities and kitchens, pitch, tunnel, England changing rooms and conference areas

On an international match day the 82,000-capacity stadium has up to 260 chefs and 4,500 catering staff on hand to serve more than 57,000 meals and pull 185,000 pints with 100,000 card transactions processed at the cashless venue.

Chris Garside and Jonathan Davies will give an insight into the challenges and opportunities for hospitality and catering at Twickenham, including building true partnerships to create a winning formula for success, harnessing new technology to deliver quality and speed of service, and embracing the latest market and food trends to support sustainability and broader social purpose.
