Our Speakers

Katy Moses founded KAM Media in 2014 as she saw a gap in the market for an innovative hospitality and grocery insight agency that puts creativity at its heart. As well as leading a successful agency, she is now a trustee at the British Institute of Innkeeping and an advisor for both Pub Aid and Only a Pavement Away charities.

As a millennial herself, we expect that Katy’s knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry, combined with data-led trends and insight, will provide inspiration for new industry members who are still developing their careers.

Katy will be joined by members of the Arena Futures committee, who will discuss the trends and what these mean for them both as young consumers and within their own careers:

  • Committee Chair Karis Thomas, has always been passionate about hospitality from both a cost and profit sector angle, having worked in PR and corporate affairs roles for Bidfood, BB Foodservice and now Upfield; the manufacturers of plant-based margarines and creams.
  • Ellen Potts works within the service industry for Workplace and FM provider ISS. As a Gen Z professional at the beginning of her career, she has a range of experience between operational and strategic project roles and values the insights and network the world of foodservice provides.
  • Natalie Tuckwood also started her career with ISS where she gained experience working within legal and operational support roles. She now supports the ISS UK business with all matters relating to data protection and legal compliance but likes to stay connected to the foodservice industry and the thriving network that exists within it.
  • Victoria Joseph is a millennial foodservice PR & Marketing specialist at William Murray Communications. She enjoys a full industry view as she benefits from working with a variety of clients from contract caterers through to food manufacturers.

Arena Futures promotes inclusivity however the committee objective is to support ‘younger’, newer members of the industry in their career development through building industry knowledge and networking with likeminded peers.

We look forward to sharing this event with you.
