Complementing the keynote speaker, Casual Dining Group’s CEO, Steve Richards, YouGov will present a fascinating industry insight session relevant to the sector.
YouGov will provide a top line understanding of the market from a consumer perspective, gauging confidence from an economic point of view and understanding how dining behaviours are consequently being impacted.
The session will also consider a selection of trending influence factors that are impacting dining decisions for many. These factors, which include the introduction of the high end delivery service, the importance of technology, and the evolution of FreeFrom, are key in understanding consumer viewpoints and potential opportunity.
