Mark Sargeant is a well-known industry and household name. The Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, who also has the prestigious title National Chef of the Year under his belt, will tell his unique story to industry colleagues on Thursday 27 April 2017, at Arena’s ‘An Audience with Mark Sargeant’ event.

Taking place at the stunning luxury hotel, One Aldwych, the exclusive event is limited to just 50 guests, making it ideal for entertaining customers.  Attendees will enjoy a drinks reception followed by a sumptuous three-course meal with wine expertly matched to each course. 

After dinner, Mark Sargeant will talk candidly with his audience and give an insight into his vibrant career to date, including how he started out, why he decided to ‘go it alone’, the challenges he has faced along the way, and what’s next.  He will also share his views on the future of the foodservice and hospitality industry and answer questions from the floor.
