Following the tremendous success of our first ‘An audience with...’ dinner, we're thrilled to announce that on Thursday 27 April, Mark Sargeant will headline the next event in the exclusive Arena series. At the independently owned, luxury hotel, One Aldwych, ‘An Audience with Mark Sargeant’ will begin with a drinks reception followed by an exquisite three-course dinner with wine meticulously paired with each course. After dinner, guests will hear from the renowned Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, Mark Sargeant.
Mark will give guests an insight into his vibrant career to date, including how he started out, why he decided to ‘go it alone’, the challenges he has faced along the way, and what’s next. He will also share his views on the future of the foodservice and hospitality industry.
