  • Proven track record – as CEO of Ed’s Easy Diner, Andrew has increased the number of diners almost ten-fold from 4 to 38, boosted annual turnover by more than £23m from £3.2 to £26.5m, and propelled the number of employees from 70 to 850
  • Ambition – never one to rest, Andrew has exciting expansion plans for Ed’s Easy Diner and a target for the estate to top over 100 units by September 2018
  • Dedication to the industry – as a fellow of the BHA, Andrew is a member of the BHA’s board of directors and chairman of the audit committee.  In fact, he was instrumental in the merger of the BHA and The Restaurant Association in 2003 and was chairman post-merger
  • Sense of responsibility – a trustee and life patron of Springboard and a trustee and member of the investment committee for Hospitality Action, Andrew is a passionate supporter of our industry charities. For example, at least half of new employees at Ed’s Easy Diner have been recruited through Springboard
