Employee engagement is important for business success and there seems to be many schools of thoughts on what this should look like. On Monday 20 March at the Arena Savoy Lecture, the chief executive of Bidvest Foodservice, Andrew Selley, will discuss how he re-energised and engaged teams right across his business through a cultural transformation.
Andrew will touch on why culture is important and the key link between engagement, effectiveness and profitability. He will also outline the steps he took to create an employee built culture, unlocking values that are authentic to their business, as part of the strategy to drive Bidvest Foodservice forward.
He will also give an insight into the overall shape of his business and share his opinions on the wholesale sector and wider industry.
In addition, an enlightening Brexit panel debate, in association with the British Hospitality Association, will consider the challenges and opportunities Brexit could present, including the potential legal and financial implications for hospitality.
Tickets are still available for this fantastic evening of insight and inspiration, which also facilitates interaction with industry colleagues and includes a drinks reception and three-course dinner at the magnificent Savoy.
