Andrew Selley to discuss the shape-up of Bidvest Foodservice

By Berenice, Tuesday 28 February 2017

In less than three weeks, on the evening of Monday 20 March, Bidvest Foodservice’s chief executive, Andrew Selley, will take to the stage at The Arena Savoy Lecture to address an audience of industry professionals on the shape of his business, as well as the wholesale sector and wider industry. Bidvest Foodservice has been re-energised and Andrew will give an overview of the vision and strategy that has shaken up the business.

For Bidvest Foodservice, customer service goes way beyond delivering boxes on time and at the right price. Andrew will talk about how he challenged the business to move from a ‘good to great’ mind-set and delivered fantastic results through: a single-minded focus on providing the best customer experience in the industry; setting an ambitious five-year step-change plan; and bringing about a cultural transformation that has engaged teams by defining values truly authentic to the business.

To start the evening of insight and discussion, a panel of experts will consider the impact of Brexit. In association with the British Hospitality Association, the Brexit panel will debate the challenges and opportunities for the foodservice and hospitality industry.

The evening also provides plenty of opportunity for attendees to engage with industry colleagues, whilst enjoying the superb hospitality of The Savoy.
