Ask Arena - 4.00pm Thursday 2 April 2020. As the coronavirus pandemic continues to cause major disruption to businesses right across the food supply chain, we are launching Ask Arena – a series of virtual get-togethers to support you, our members, and your business whilst at the same time raising vital funds for Hospitality Action’s Covid19 Emergency Appeal.
The aim of the events are to bring our members together and give you valuable advice and solutions from experts during the coronavirus pandemic and bring the outside in. We have teamed up with one of our members, William Murray and 23 Digital to bring these events to you and to give simple, honest and practical advice to help you.
Right now, it’s crisis management for many business owners and for some, it’s simply about self-preservation. So our first virtual event will focus on managing your finances and will take place at 4pm on Thursday 2 April 2020.
Chris Dines, CEO of Informed Funding will take you through how best to manage your finances short-term, while keeping an eye on the future.
About Chris Dines
Chris is a Chartered Accountant who started his career specialising in corporate finance at PWC. He then went on to build leading Tech Research business Ovum, achieving an IPO on the London market and subsequent sale (now part of Informa Group). He has built, from scratch, Knowledge Peers and Informed Funding, the latter focused on better understanding of the SME funding market and regularly speaks at finance events.
