We're delighted to be back at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park this year for our Christmas event. Even more exciting is the fact we are the first event to take place in the Ballroom since the hotel’s renovation commenced over two years ago! What’s happening at the event?

The speaker line-up includes the celebrated chef Michael Caines MBE, who will talk about his successful career, his journey with Lympstone Manor, his future plans and aspirations, and his thoughts on the key issues affecting the industry.

Industry commentator, Peter Backman, will also present an insight session that will explore the high street’s influence and look at what the future may hold for the foodservice and hospitality industry. An esteemed panel of innovators and leaders will join Peter in conversation to consider the hot topics from different perspectives.
