New Arena event at Epsom Racecourse

Arena has added a new exciting and exclusive event to its 2014 portfolio – Racing with Arena in association with Jockey Club Catering and Epsom Racecourse. On Thursday 17 July 2014 this special charity and networking event for Arena members and their guests will be held at the famous Epsom Racecourse.
The evening event has been specifically designed to offer the insight, interaction and superb hospitality synonymous with an Arena event, but in a more intimate setting. We will also be raising much needed funds for the industry’s worthy charities, Hospitality Action and Springboard UK.
Guests at the VIP event will enjoy the fantastic hospitality offered by Compass’ Jockey Club Catering and Epsom Racecourse in a private venue that overlooks the racecourse.
Starting at 4pm, the evening’s many highlights include:
- Drinks reception on arrival
- A fascinating presentation from the COO of Compass’ Jockey Club Catering, Nick Campbell and the General Manager of Epsom Racecourse Simon Durrant that will give an insight into the unique requirements of racecourse hospitality
- A fine three-course meal with wine
- Exciting fundraising activities for Hospitality Action and Springboard
- The thrill of the races with private betting area and excellent view of the racecourse
- Private bar
- Live entertainment from non-other than The Beach Boys!
Tickets cost £145+VAT and are restricted to Arena members and their guests and with only 50 places at this exclusive event many tickets have already been sold!
