The Event

Bringing together an audience of 240 senior leaders from across foodservice and hospitality, this event will explore the strategic priorities shaping growth across the sector.

Against a backdrop of changing consumer behaviours, cost pressures, evolving routes to market, technology and continued disruption, we’ll examine both the challenges that businesses must navigate and the opportunities emerging for those prepared to adapt.

Through informed debate and insight from industry leaders, we’ll look beyond the immediate pressures to consider where the next phases of growth will come from, how partnerships and innovation can unlock new opportunities, and what the future of foodservice and hospitality could look like. Jason Cotta, Former Group CEO and Founder of Arcturus Restaurant Group

Jason Cotta is a highly experienced hospitality and foodservice executive with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across some of the UK’s best-known consumer brands. 

Most recently, Jason was Group CEO and founder of Arcturus Restaurant Group, bringing together Pho, Rosa’s Thai and Mowgli in a combined £225m, 125-site business. He has previously held CEO and senior leadership roles with Ole & Steen, itsu and Costa Coffee with experience spanning large-scale operations, franchising, international growth, transformation and private equity-backed businesses. 

Jason is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening operational performance and translating ambitious growth strategies into scalable, commercially successful businesses.

Simon Wilkinson, Evolv Collection & London Brasseries Board Director / Chair. Hospitality Operating Partner for Calveton UK

Simon joined the board of Evolv Collection in October 2023 when it was acquired by Breal / Calveton and the board of London Brasseries when it was acquired in October 2025.

He has spent 43 years working within the hospitality business. He has worked for major PLC’s including Whitbread & Scottish & Newcastle and Private Equity backed businesses, as a CEO & Board Director for the last 16 years. During his career Simon has successfully overhauled & turned around different businesses, ahead of them being sold at attractive returns for all stakeholders. He has extensive International (USA, Middle East, Caribbean) & UK experience in Leadership roles within; Restaurants, Branded Food Concepts, Fast Casual, 5-star Hotels, Leisure, Holiday Parks and Pubs, Clubs & Bars. As well as Board Level & Non-Exec experience in consultancy, mentoring, coaching & due diligence
