New Speakers and Panel Host confirmed for Arena Face2Face Event

Joycelyn Neve, Managing Director, Oakman Group and Natasha Bowes, Founder and Managing Director, Biotiful Dairy will be joining our fabulous panel of female leaders and we are delighted to have Ann Elliott, Founder, Ann Elliott Consultancy to expertly chair our panel.
Joycelyn and Natasha will join Helen Milligan-Smith, Managing Director, Aramark UK(1); Kate Nicholls OBE, CEO, UKHospitality; Zoe Bowley, Managing Director UK & I, Pizza Express; Sally Beck, General Manager, Royal Lancaster London Hotel and Joanna Aunon, Director, Women in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure (WiHTL) to discuss some of the crucial issues within the sector.
Some of the topics being discussed by our panel include:
- Challenges and opportunities – what are the major challenges they believe are affecting the foodservice and hospitality sector? What opportunities are arising? What other support do they feel they need from the government post-Covid?
- Career Journeys – our speakers will describe their career journeys to date discussing any challenges and opportunities along the way
- Approach to building relationships – as a leader, how do you build strong, solid relationships with your teams, suppliers, customers and industry colleagues
- Diversity and Inclusion – how do you get more diverse thinking into your business to make it more inclusive, creating more opportunities for more people and encouraging your employees to feel part of your organisation?
