Past Arena speaker, Karen Forrester, is the ‘Most People Focused CEO’

Congratulations to Karen Forrester, the managing director of T.G.I. Friday’s and a past Arena guest speaker. Karen was honoured at the HR Excellence Awards earlier this month, where she claimed the 'Most People Focused CEO' award.
Shortlisted alongside nine leading UK CEOs , Karen triumphed over competition from brands such as McDonalds.
For those of you who have heard Karen speak, this award is no surprise. Her dedication to her team and the importance she places on the people within the business is abundantly clear. It is also proven by the successful people-led turnaround strategy she has driven since joining Friday’s in 2007.
