What’s on the Agenda?

Nick Mackenzie will take part in a one-to-one interview with hospitality strategist Ann Elliott. The discussion will explore why and how he decided to change the culture of Greene King upon joining the business in May 2019, what he has achieved to date, what are his plans going forward and what advice would he give to other businesses endeavouring to create a more diverse and inclusive culture.

After Nick’s interview, he will then join our speakers in a panel discussion hosted by Joanna Aunon, Director, WiHTL – Diversity in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure.

The event also includes a drinks reception and three-course lunch with wine plus plenty of opportunity to catch up with industry friends and colleagues within the stunning surroundings of this newly renovated hotel.
